Refund Policy

At OfficeFlow Studio, we sell digital Microsoft Excel templates that are available for instant download after successful payment.

Digital Products

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once a download has been accessed.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your purchased template:

  • cannot be downloaded,
  • is corrupted,
  • or does not work as described,

please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate:

  • provide a replacement download,
  • offer technical support,
  • or issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and may issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Customer Support

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us before requesting a chargeback. We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 2 business days.
