What do I receive when I purchase a template?
You receive the Microsoft Excel template files included with the product you selected, together with any supporting guide or documentation listed on the product page.
Is Microsoft Excel required?
Yes. OfficeFlow Studio templates are designed primarily for Microsoft Excel. Features, formatting or formulas may not work correctly in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or other spreadsheet applications.
Are these physical products?
No. All OfficeFlow Studio products are digital downloads. Nothing will be posted or delivered physically.
Do I need advanced Excel skills?
No. The templates are designed to be practical and easy to use. Basic familiarity with entering information into Excel is usually sufficient.
Can I customise the templates?
You may enter your own business information and make reasonable changes for your own internal use. Avoid deleting formulas or changing protected areas unless you understand how those parts work.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each listed product is offered as a one-time purchase unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
How will I download my files?
After successful payment, you'll receive access to your digital files through the order confirmation page and email straight away.
Can I use the templates for more than one business?
Your permitted use depends on the licence supplied with the product. The standard licence is intended for the purchaser's own business or internal work and does not allow resale or redistribution.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. OfficeFlow Studio templates must not be resold, shared publicly, copied for distribution or included in another product for sale.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited. Please see our Refund Policy for full details of applicable terms.
What should I do if my download does not work?
Check your order email and download link first. If the issue continues, contact OfficeFlow Studio with your order details so the problem can be reviewed.
Will the templates receive updates?
We may release corrections or improvements when appropriate. The product page or support policy will explain whether a specific update is included for existing customers.
